We conduct deliveries from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Generally, orders are fulfilled within 12 - 24 hours of placement, although delivery times may vary based on location and order volume.
Delivery charges, if applicable, are determined by the order size and delivery location. These charges will be communicated when placing the order.
Our team follows stringent health and safety guidelines during the packaging and delivery of the Tilapia fish to ensure you receive it in the freshest condition.
Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If there are any quality concerns with the delivered fish, please get in touch with us within 3 hours of delivery for suitable arrangements.
