PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES TO YOU ("USER") CAREFULLY. THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT OF YOU ("BUYER") AND FISHMAN'S FRESH TILAPIA FISH SUPPLIER OR SELLER.

Fishman's fresh Tilapia selling services are solely owned and distributed by us. This business serves both local and online customers that are interested in buying and consuming our fresh Tilapia fish.

By accessing or usage of any website content herein, you agree to abide by our terms of usage and conditions listed herein. You agree that you're of legal age and you have the authority to carry out this agreement solely or on behalf of any legal entity, organization, or company.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU DON'T AGREE WITH WHAT IS LISTED HEREIN OR ABIDE BY OUR TERMS, PLEASE SEIZE TO CONTINUE USING OUR SERVICES INSTANTLY.

With our services, you agree to also abide by our "Third-party" organizations' terms of usage. These organizations are listed here and may also facilitate the correct delivery of our or their services to you.

You also accept to follow with any of our modified aspects of any terms or agreement listed herein prior to the modification or inclusion activated. And no consultation will be made to you upon any addition required.

1. Account Verification 
While creating an account is not mandatory, we utilize Google login for user verification. This ensures a secure and streamlined process for your orders. After making a selection using the Google login, we kindly request you to confirm or reserve your fresh tilapia fish order with a phone call. This step is essential to ensure accurate and timely delivery of your desired choice.

2. Ordering Process

Begin by exploring our fresh Tilapia fish selection, which is categorized under tags like "Small Tilapia", "Medium Tilapia", and so on. It's worth noting that we don't sell our fish based on precise kilograms. Instead, we use weight approximations like 'kg' as a reference to differentiate fish types. Hence, the fish you receive may or may not align perfectly with the stated weight but will belong to the category you chose.

After selecting your preferred type, your choices are added to your cart. From there, you can proceed to checkout to finalize your order. Prices are set in UGX (Ugandan Shillings). Furthermore, for enhanced order accuracy, we recommend you place a phone call post-checkout to confirm or reserve your fresh tilapia fish order.

3. Accepting Orders

The timing of your order affects its delivery. Orders placed early in the morning on business days are prioritized. However, if you order around or after midday, the delivery depends on the availability of the fresh tilapia stock for that day.

Please note, that Fishman's fresh tilapia fish sales are bespoke. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders based on our evaluation of their alignment with our service standards.

4. Purchase and Payment Terms.

  • Order Amount: Kindly ensure that the order you place corresponds to the agreed amount, whether finalized over the phone or through other communication channels. We ask that you do not adjust the amount once it's been discussed and confirmed.
  • Prepayment Requirement: For the assurance of both parties, all orders communicated must be prepaid in full before any delivery is initiated. This policy ensures commitment and streamlines our delivery process.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via mobile money services. If your order totals less than 35,000 UGX, please include "Delivery Charges" in your payment. Great news for bulk orders: delivery is free for orders exceeding 35,000 UGX!
  • Updated Payment Options: We are continually striving to enhance our services. As such, we've added more payment avenues for your convenience. Refer to our payment section for comprehensive guidelines on using Mobile Money and Cryptocurrency. Following these procedures ensures a smooth transaction process.
3. Content Usage.

You understand that all content listed herein or on this website is the sole owner of any party involved and associated with any listed content. For this reason, any party content listed on Fishman's fresh tilapia selling website must be used properly and we, the provider of Fishman's fresh tilapia selling services or this website are not responsible for any party content attained and listed on this website. WE GRANT NOT THAT ANY SERVICE OFFERED WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR WILL NEVER BE INTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR EVEN WITH NO ERROR.

FISHMAN'S WEBSITE OPERATORS AND SERVICES PROVIDERS WILL NEVER BE RELIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF ANY PROFITS OR REVENUE, CREATED OR GENERATED INDIRECTLY OR DIRECTLY. ANY PRODUCT INTERRUPTION OF ANY KIND, BE IT ADVISED OR NOT.

FISHMAN'S FRESH TILAPIA FISH SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITIES FOR ANY UNKNOWN DELETION OF CONTENT OR MIS-DELIVERY, COMMUNICATIONS OR ANY PERSONALIZED SETTINGS REMOVAL OR SABOTAGES.

FOR THE LIMITATIONS SET ABOVE FOR THE DAMAGES. IF REASONABLE WILL BE BARGAINED BETWEEN FISHMAN'S FRESH TILAPIA FISH SERVICE PROVIDERS AND YOU.

8. Copyright accusations and making claims.

If determined by any user, claiming the copy cut of any content or pictures listed here at Fishman's fresh tilapia selling website. Please provide a copy of what is claimed to be copied with the following information.

Description of any copied content you claim and the person or authority responsible for this accused copied content plus their physical or electronic signature.
